Change is not easy.  Whether embarking on a healthier lifestyle, needing to experience relief from anxiety, depression, past trauma, or a current difficult situation, counseling can help bring us out of stagnation and onto the path of change in a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere.

My work is dedicated to helping people identify what thoughts and behaviors are helpful in building satisfying lives and which may have once proved useful, but no longer work for them. Taking small steps, while being kind to ourselves when we make mistakes, can make the change that we want to see in our lives a reality.
