Tim Teaches a gentle introspective and nurturing style of Gentle Mindful Yoga practice that emphasizes making the teachings available to a wide variety of audiences. These classes emphasize personal empowerment, holistic healing, the development of mindfulness as a strategy on the mat and in everyday life, and conscious evolution. Tim currently offers Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation practice series in college and university settings, at wellness centers and in private retirement communities. He also offers private Yoga and Mindfulness Mediation practice sessions to individuals.
